OUT of the BLUE

Elegant is only a start when approaching this Cotes de Provence Rose. The family starts at harvest selecting only the finest grapes best representing their terroir. Using Saignee (first bleeding) method, under a careful eye, maceration begins with skin contact and then fermentation at low temperatures. The attention to each critical detail seems to capture the pure essence of Provence and leaves us with sunshine in a glass. Very pale pink, Light, with a rich mouthfeel of velvet, you reflect back on the rich aromas of pastries and red fruits, cassis, cherries, blueberries, and strawberries. Coming back to the palate, fruity with flavours of fresh berries. The finish again long and elegant leaves you reaching for the glass and dreaming of the Mediterranean sea.
