Translating as Cherry Red, Cerasuolo is a stunning rose that is created from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The deep rich hue of this rose comes from a short maceration before having the skins removed. The grapes are handpicked and after maceration are cold stabilized at 16C for 6 months in stainless. This process captures the fresh bouquet. You can almost smell the ocean breeze through the vines.
